No. Simply open the camera on your mobile phone and scan the QR codes placed along the route. The stories, images, and audio will open directly in your browser.
The Bronze walk is shorter and family-friendly. Silver offers a more in-depth route. Gold is the longest and most immersive experience. You can complete them at your own pace.
Yes. We actively welcome contributions from residents and collectors. All images are acknowledged appropriately, and digital copies are created with care and transparency.
The self-guided walking trails are designed to be accessible. Some specialist guided walks or historian-led sessions may carry a small charge to support sustainability.
The project is supported through community backing, funding applications, and transparent supplier payments. Funds contribute directly to digital development, exhibitions, mapping, and future trail expansion.
